A wilderness-themed hotel and resort center could be in the works for the Cedar Rapids suburb of Marion.The 39-million dollar plan may hinge on getting Vision Iowa funds. Developers are requesting 18-million dollars from the state program. There are also long-term plans for an office park and retail stores.
