The Iowa Alcoholic Beverages Division has fined the Lakeside Casino and Resort in Osceola 15-thousand dollars and suspended its liquor license for three days. Alcoholic Beverages Division Administrator Lynn Walding says the fine resulted from an incident involving an intoxicated gambler September 3rd.He says this is the first liquor fine against the Casino, but not the first time the problem has come up.The man in question reportedly gambled more than 35-hundred dollars. Walding says Lakeside won’t face additional gambling-related fines from the State Racing and Gaming Commission.Lakeside’s liquor license will be suspended Monday through Wednesday of next week.
