The Iowa Hawkeyes bounced back from the loss to Michigan in a big way. The Hawkeyes built leads of as big as 19-points in the second half in an 87-74 win at Minnesota, handing the Gophers their first home loss of the season. For the Hawkeyes, it is their third road win already in the Big Ten.Iowa coach Steve Alford says he’s proud of the way his young team has played and bounced back. Reggie Evans had a big game for Iowa finishing with 25-points and ten rebounds. Evans says the Hawks were inspired after Saturday’s loss.
