It didn’t take Davenport police long to capture a man who robbed a nearby bank without a disguise. Police say 32-year-old James Ross robbed a bank about three blocks from the police department. They say a surveillance camera took one of the best pictures they’ve ever had of a suspect. Ross was arrested seven hours after the robbery as officers found him hiding in his attic.
