A wintertime road hazard nearly caused a big rig to wreck and -did- cause some legal wrangling.A Dubuque County snowplow apparently knocked snow and ice chunks off a bridge overpass and onto a passing semi-truck, shattering its windshields and causing other damage. Swiss Valley Ag Service Corporation wants the county to pay for the damage and has filed a claim.
