Baby being buried as questions remain in Chelsea

Baby Chelsea will be remembered tonight in the Tama County town for which the infant was named. A memorial service is planned for six o’clock tonight in Chelsea for the abandoned infant, who was found facedown in a snowbank ten days ago. The infant’s sex, age, ethnicity and cause of death are all being kept secret by authorities as the investigation continues.
