The Tama County teenager accused of murder in the Baby Chelsea case plans to plead not guilty. The judge set a one million-dollar bond for Nicole Plum yesterday, the Chelsea 17-year-old who’s accused of murder in the death of her infant daughter, whose body was found in a snowbank earlier this month. Plum is being kept in an undisclosed, secure hospital for medical evaluation. It’s believed she gave birth in December.
