Fifty-six years after his death during World War Two, the cremains of a Shenandoah man are finally being laid to rest. Lieutenant Neil Davis was killed in January of 1945 when the bomber he was co-piloting crashed in the Philippines. The crash site was discovered in 1992. D-N-A evidence helped to determine which remains were Davis’. The graveside service is Saturday at 10:30 a-m in Shenandoah.
