Republican Senator Steve King of Kiron says he’s formed a steering committee — and will embark on a speaking tour. King says he’s weighing the pros and cons of running. He says the positives are an opportunity to “advance policy in the state.” The negatives are raising money and time away from family.King is 51 years old and owns an earth moving company.
