Indepence student arrested on terrorism charge

Another student has been arrested for making threats to classmates. School officials at Jefferson High School in Independence say 17-year-old Jeremy Bernard made threats against other students. Bernard was charged with terrorism and was taken to the Mental Health Institute in Independence for evaluation.
