A new riverboat casino is being unveiled in eastern Iowa tonight. The Rhythm City Casino’s new “Treble Clef” riverboat will open tonight. The boat has undergone 23-million dollars in renovation. The boat will replace the “President” riverboat, which closed its doors Monday after 10 years of operation.
