Stuffed animal blamed for fire

Fire forced the evacuation of an apartment building in northeast Iowa early this morning.The building at the Beverly Apartments in Epworth was evacuated after the fire broke out in a child’s bedroom. No one was hurt. The fire was caused by a stuffed animal which fell on an electric baseboard heater.
