Congressman Latham says tax break needed to boost economy

The staggering economy and the faltering stock market are two examples of why immediate tax relief is needed, according to Iowa Congressman Tom Latham. He says the House recently passed a package that’d offer retroactive tax relief to working families. Latham says the Senate needs to move or expand on the bill to give Americans back more of the money they earn.Latham is a republican from Alexander.
