Benton County authorities say a vehicle involved in a fatal wreck this weekend was stolen.Authorities say it appears 38-year-old Kelly Maddigan of Cedar Rapids lost control on an icy curve and flipped the car several times on highway 150 south of the Benton/Buchanan County line. Maddigan was pronounced dead at the scene. Cedar Rapids police say the car Maddigan was driving was reported stolen. A Cedar Rapids woman claims Maddigan knew where she kept a spare key and took the car. Maddigan was a former Oelwein resident.
