A Washington state man is convicted in a sex crimes case in eastern Iowa. 43-year-old Robert Rosenow is sentenced to 90 years in prison for sexually abusing three Davenport children in 1999. The three kids, then ages 7, 8 and 9, were under Rosenow’s care.
