A Waterloo man is charged with first degree robbery after tussle with a bartender. Police say 45-year-old Reese Gardner walked into “Benjamin’s Downtown Pub and Eatery” with a gun and grabbed the bartender’s jar full of tips. The bartender tackled Gardner, but he was able to get away. Police later found Gardner and brought him back to the bar where several witnesses identified him.
