A Rock Island, Illinois, man is charged with pilfering a big sum of money from the Davenport discount store he managed. 37-year-old Kevin Black is accused of embezzling 171-thousand dollars from the Super Target. Davenport Police Detective Eric Court says Black would write up fake invoices for payments to vendors and would pocket the cash.Black was released on bond. He allegedly used the cash to buy things for his house. The thefts were made between July of 1998 until this month.
