One killed in accident near Creston

Authorities say charges are pending in a fatal accident west of Creston last night. Police say a vehicle driven by 25-year-old Robin Woods of Greenfield crossed the center line of Highway 25 and collided with a car driven by 42-year-old Jerry Johnson of Macenia. Johnson died in the collision. Woods and a passenger in Johnson’s car, 40-year-old Carol Johnson were taken to the Creston hospital for treatment.
