An eastern Iowa man faces up to a decade in prison and a quarter-million dollar fine for his role in a scam to steal guns from a sporting goods store. 49-year-old Timothy Good of Center Point pleaded guilty to stealing 16 firearms from the Scheel’s All Sports store in Waterloo in 1998 and ’99.
