The Linn County Attorney has decided not to file sex abuse charges against a Hiawatha man who used to be the county’s sheriff.Fifty-six-year-old Orley Workman was Linn County’s Sheriff from 1977 to ’81. He was arrested for allegedly abusing the Russian woman he brought to the U-S to marry.
