Two central Iowa boys who went for a joy ride didn’t get much joy from it. 13-year-old Brett Fagan of Grand Junction and 14-year-old Justin Thompson of Jefferson were badly injured after losing control of a Grand Am and rolling it in a ditch near Grand Junction. Fagan is at Green County Medical Center while Thompson was life-flighted to a Des Moines hospital.
