Davenport police have charged a man with robbing four banks in the Quad Cities. Twenty-eight-year-old Arthur Rogers of Davenport was arrested after several tips. Police say Rogers tried to escaped by jumping out of a third-story window when they went to his apartment yesterday. Rogers is charged with four counts of second-degree robbery in connection with four bank robberies in Davenport. He’s also accused of robbing a bank in Rock Island, Illinois.
