Man without license runs over woman

Davenport police say a man who ran down a pedestrian yesterday didn’t have a license to drive.Police says 28-year old Daniel Jebson ran over 38-year-old Bobbi Ressner as she tried to cross the street. Jebson is charged with driving while barred and leaving the scene of an accident. The owner of the car Jebson was driving is charged with letting an unauthorized person drive. Ressner is in stable condition after surgery.
