Iowa and UNI square off on the diamond

The Iowa baseball team returns to action tomorrow afternoon at home against Northern Iowa. The Hawkeyes are 14-15 overall and 5-8 in the Big Ten after splitting a four game Big Ten series with Illinois. Iowa coach Scot Broghamer says his team has stepped up the level of play the past few weeks.Broghamer says the U-N-I game is important because it’s an in-state matchup and the Hawkeyes need to build momentum.
