Iowa State football coach Dan McCarney says the Cyclone program has moved into a new phase this spring. The Cyclones are coming off a 9-3 campaign in which they claimed the school’s first-ever bowl victory and McCarney says the focus now is to keep the momentum going. McCarney says the veterans are trying to convey the message of building on the success. McCarney says enthusiasm from the bowl victory has carried over to spring drills.
