A former Midland/Wyoming high-school teacher is being held in the Jones County jail on charges he tried to kill his wife. Police were called to the Jones County home April 11th and found Tracy Williams outside the home, seriously injured. Nicholas Williams had submitted his resignation from his phys-ed teaching job, and took a leave of absence March 8. He’s charged with assault, and being held on 100,000 dollars bond.
