Investigators look for cause of shooting in Hamilton County

Investigators are trying to find some answers after a shooting Wednesday afternoon in rural Hamilton County. Authorities were told a woman had fallen at her home near Webster City and was found unconscious. At the hospital, it was discovered she’d been shot. Her name is still being withheld. It’s being treated as an attempted murder.
