For several years Iowa City attorney Randy Larsen has directed the Prime Time League which provides summer basketball competition for college, pro and high school players. This summer Larsen will offer a similar league for women when Game Time debuts. Larsen says the league came about due to a change in N-C-A-A legislation that allows more than one current college players on a team. Larsen says the change in the rule will allow for better competition as you can have more division one players on each team.Larsen says the games will begin on June 17th.
