An eastern Iowa boy was seriously burned in an accident Sunday. Twelve-year-old Justin Hinton was burning garbage and apparently caught fire when he poured gasoline on the flames. Hinton was burning the garbage at his family’s farm near Coggon. He was airlifted to University Hospitals in Iowa City where he is reported in serious condition.
