Trailer Parkers Push for Emergency Shelter

Residents of a Dyersville trailer park are asking the managers to build anemergency shelter to protect them from severe weather. Residents of theNorth Wind Mobile Home Park claim the park’s owners should be responsiblefor providing them adequate shelter, even though there are no laws thatwould force the owners to do so. The town’s city hall and a church haveemergency shelters, each of which are about three minutes away.
