June 15, 2001 By admin

Police arrested a man accused of taking his employer’s truck after he quit his job, and driving the truck across the country. A warrant alleges the 21-year-old Arlington, Texas, man took a truck that belonged to AirTel Communications. The truck was parked outside a motel in Independence, Iowa, and authorities say the man quit his job Thursday, drove the truck to Texas, and was arrested there Friday. He’s held on $10,000 bond.
