July 13, 2001 By admin

Former Urbandale and Northern Iowa wide receiver Eddie Berlin recently signed a contract to play for the NFL’s Tennessee Titans. Berlin was picked in the fifth round by the Titans and feels he can contribute to the team. He says they’ve signed six free agents as they really need receivers and he feels he can make an impact.Berlin says he’s not nervous about heading to the Titan’s training camp. He says he had nerves in some earlier minicamps, and is over that now as he knows what he needs to work on.Berlin signed a three-year deal and will make a minimum base salary of 209-thousand dollars.
