Suicides raise questions, concerns in Harlan

Authorities in Harlan are dealing with the second suicide in that community in eight weeks. An 18-year-old used a shotgun to shoot himself Sunday. That follows the death of a 17-year-old boy, but officials don’t know if they’re related. There’ve been at least a dozen suicide attempts already this Summer and they’re trying to deal with the issue.
