Law officers in Iowa and Nebraska have been alerted to a possible interstate kidnapping case.A state road worker in Nebraska found a hand-written note scrawled on a piece of paper at the Dismal River campground some 50 miles north of North Platte. The note appears to be written by a woman who’s victim of a kidnapping. She says two men abducted her in a brown van with Iowa plates. The woman signed her name — and pleaded for help from whoever finds the note. The F-B-I has joined the investigation though as yet, the woman’s name and no further details are being released.
