Davenport police are asking for help from the public in solving a fatal hit and run accident.21-year-old Allan Smith of Milan, Illinois, was apparently struck by a hit and run driver Friday night on Davenport’s Kimberly Road. He’d been celebrating his 21st birthday at a nearby nightspot.
