Governor says he has all the tools needed for crisis, but one

Governor Tom Vilsack says he doesn’t really need new executive powers to deal with emergencies like last Tuesday’s terrorist attacks — but he does need some new equipment for his office.Vilsack says he needs a secure telephone line to be able to talk to the National Guard in times of emergency.Vilsack made his comments on Iowa Public Television.
