Midwest Conference will allow teams to reschedule games

September 24, 2001 By admin

The Midwest Conference will allow schools to reschedule football games that were postponed on September 15th to the week following the end of the regular season. Grinnell College coach Greg Wallace says that won’t apply to the conference championship because the N-C-A-A will not move back to start of the division-three national playoffs a week. He says the championship committee was not willing to move the championship back. He says the last week of the season will be a non-conference game.
