Authorities are still looking for clues and asking for help locating a vehicle and driver that killed a Mason City man early Saturday morning.Shortly before 2 o’clock Saturday morning, Mason City police received areport of a person laying on the side of the road about a quarter-mile southof the US Highway 65 and County Road B-35 intersection. 36-year-old ShaunThomas Roach was pronounced dead at the scene of the accident. Police thinkRoach was either walking or riding his bicycle on the side of the northboundlanes when he was struck. Evidence at the scene suggests that the vehiclewas a General Motors product, with possibly damage to the passenger sidefront and also the hood, fender, and windshield.
