A teenage father in northern Iowa is accused of beating his infant son. 19-year-old Casey Meyers, of Burt, is charged with child endangerment after his eight-week-old son was hit in the head. Kossuth County authorities say the boy suffered serious head injuries and is being treated at a Mason City hospital.
