Manchester police have charged a teenager with torching an American flag. 15-year-old Ryan Jellison is charged with first-degree arson after allegedly setting a large American flag on fire on September 29th. The owner of the flag was burned while trying to take it off the second floor balcony of the house to keep the fire from spreading. Jellison has been turned over to juvenile authorities.
