Two die in seperate incidents in Northeast Iowa

Two separate accidents killed two teenagers in northeast Iowa Thursday. A train struck a 16-year-old boy on the west side of Castalia. The boy has not been identified pending the notification of his family. The second accident happened five miles north of Lansing. A car driven by 17-year-old Justin Hubert of New Albin cross the center line and collided with another car. Hubert died of injuries received in the crash. The other driver was hospitalized in fair condition.
