Four men were arrested for robbery in Oskaloosa this morning.
Oskaloosa police say they came upon what looked like a robbery in progress while they were on routine patrol about two this morning. Police say four men, one wearing a mask and holding what looked like a handgun, were standing over one man on the ground. They arrested the men. All four are students at William Penn University in Oskaloosa. Today they’re all in the Mahaska County jail, charged with second-degree robbery, which carries a penalty of up to ten years in prison. One of the men had been released from jail days ago after serving 15 days for assaulting a man in a bar earlier last month.
