An eastern Iowa man gets life in prison for punching his dad to death.
In September, a Scott County jury convicted 48-year-old Michael Horlis of first-degree murder for punching his 79-year-old father in the head several times and causing his death. The elderly man died in January. Horlis was sentenced to the mandatory life in prison.
