Plane crash kills one in Dubuque

Foul weather and fog may have contributed to a fatal plane crash in northeastern Iowa this morning.
One person was killed when the small plane went down in some trees about six miles south of the Dubuque Regional Airport. There was heavy fog. The pilot was the only person aboard. A name has not been released.
