Luther College installs caller-ID after bomb threats

A northeast Iowa college is installing some new security measures after several bomb threats.Luther College in Decorah is installing a caller-ID system on their phones after a third bomb threat. The latest call came Monday afternoon when a caller claimed a bomb would go off in a campus building. Students were evacuated and nothing was found. Two other threats were made in September, but officials say they do not appear to be related to the latest call.
