Central ready for playoffs

Central College opens the division-three national playoffs at home Saturday against Pacific Lutheran. Central received a first round-bye and coach Rich Kacmarynski says the off week was a benefit.Kacmarynski says the Dutch are glad to be playing at home but isn’t sure it will be a factor in the outcome as both teams are used to tough games at this point.Central finished the season 9-1 and claimed the Iowa Conference championship.
