Drake looks for two in a row on the road as the Bulldogs visit Western Illinois tonight. Drake is 2-1 after erasing an 11-point halftime deficit in a victory at Oral Roberts last weekend. Bulldog coach Kurt Kanaskie says inside scoring helped turn the game around in the second half.Kanaskie says the Bulldogs are facing an improved Western Illinois team. They’re 2-1 on the season with five starters back. He says they are a quick team that will put on the pressure.Kanaskie says Drake will have to contend with Western Illinois’ pressure, which he says is hard to simulate in practice.
