Northern Iowa will host Maine on Saturday in the quarterfinal round of the one-double-a national playoffs. The Panthers claimed a first round victory at Eastern Illinois and coach Mark Farley says they chore will be even more difficult against the Black Bears, because they proved how tough they are by beating McNeese State at home.It was Maine’s first-ever playoff victory and Farley says they will have added confidence.Maine coach Jack Cosgrove says there is really no way to prepare his team for the atmosphere in the UNI-Dome.Cosgrove says his team just needs to worry about what happens on the field, and not worry about the crowd and conditions in the dome.
