Senator calles for more information flow among agencies to prevent terrorism

On this three-month anniversary of the September 11th attacks, Iowa Senator Chuck Grassley will take part in hearings which could help prevent future acts of terrorism in the U-S. Grassley says there needs to be a freer flow of vital information about criminal activity between law enforcement agencies at all levels.Grassley is a member of the Judiciary Subcommittee on Administrative Oversight and the Courts. He says today’s hearing will focus on the sharing of homeland defense information.Grassley says federal agencies in particular need to share vital crime information with local law agencies.
