A Leaner You in 2002

Two of the big three consumption celebrations — Thanksgiving and Christmas — are under your belt, and New Years looms, and with it the idea of resolutions. “Iowa Heart Hospital” nurse Diane McIlhon hopes you’ll resolve to eat more fruits and veggies. McIlhon says you should quit “Super Sizing” those fast-food meals, too, and adds that a little exercise would do wonders for your health. McIlhon will lead a “Give 2002 a Healthy Start” seminar at Mercy Hospital in Des Moines on January 2nd.
